Data
The list is the work.
Most outreach fails before a word is written, because it goes to the wrong people. We spend more of our time on who than on what.
Who counts as a buyer
Energy work is rarely bought by one person.
A retrofit, a supply contract, a solar build or a maintenance agreement usually touches a facilities lead, someone in operations, someone who signs, and often a person carrying a sustainability target. We map them at each account, so a message reaches the person who feels the problem and the person who approves the fix.
Start with what you have
Your old list comes first.
The spreadsheet from the last show. The CRM nobody trusts. The cards in a desk drawer. Those people have met you once already, which makes them the warmest strangers you have.
We clean it, check who has moved on, find who replaced them, and give every name a written reason to be there. No reason, no place on the list.
Building the rest
Then the accounts that look like your best customers.
Shaped by your wins
We start from the jobs you were glad to win and the buyers you liked working with, then look for companies with the same sites, the same pressures and the same kind of decision.
Checked by a person
Every account is looked at before it goes on. If it is the wrong size, the wrong trade or simply a bad fit, it comes off, however good it looked in a filter.
Kept honest
People change jobs and companies change hands. We refresh the list as we work it, and anyone who asks us to stop is removed everywhere, for good.
Ownership
The data is yours. It always was.
When we hand over, you get every account, every contact and every note, in a form your own team can keep using. Nothing sits in a tool you cannot open, and nothing walks out of the door with us.
Find out what your list is worth working.
Ask for a buyer map. We will tell you plainly which channels you run, which sit idle, and where the list you already have could start the engine.
