What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, its website if you give it, your job title, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and anything in it. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to a question, or arranging a conversation if you want one. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list because you filled in the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of what we discussed, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by the people at Energy Bookings who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to daisy.sutton@energybookings.co or use the contact form and tell us what you would like. If you reply stop to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
